Can't find what you're looking for in our categories?

Tell us which product you want, with a link or a photo if you have one. We search for it with manufacturers in China and tell you in writing whether it's viable.

What we don't handle: replicas or third-party brands without authorization, food, medicine, cosmetics, toys, or orders under USD 1,000 of goods.

Suppliers

Manufacturers vetted before you buy.

Before recommending a supplier we check who they are, what they make and how they work.

Find suppliers

01

Valid business license

We verify that the company exists, that its license is valid and that its declared activity matches what it manufactures.

02

Manufacturer or middleman

We identify whether it's the factory or a trading company. Sometimes a trading company makes sense, but you need to know.

03

Capacity and lead times

How much it can produce, real lead times and low seasons, such as Chinese New Year.

04

Declared certifications

We ask for the certificates and, when possible, verify them with the issuing body.

05

Export experience

Which markets it sells to and whether it knows the packaging and documentation requirements for export.

06

Commercial terms

Minimum quantity, payment terms, warranty and handling of defects, in writing.

Private label

Want to import products under your own brand?

Many factories produce with the customer's logo, packaging and manual. It's a way to stand out and control your margin, but it requires more definition and, usually, higher minimum quantities.

  1. We define the product and its technical specifications with the factory.
  2. We prepare the logo, box, manual and labels, including the labeling required for sale in Argentina.
  3. The factory makes a sample with your brand for you to approve before production.
  4. Production, pre-shipment inspection and logistics, as in any operation.

Plans

Three ways to work with SYT IMPORTS.

The price of each plan depends on the product, the quantity and the scope. We send it to you in writing, with terms and validity, before we start.

  4. We coordinate samples and production

  5. We inspect and manage the shipment

  6. We coordinate customs clearance and delivery

    Customs and delivery.

Logistics

Sea or air, depending on your cargo.

As a reference, sea transit usually takes 45 to 60 days from the moment the goods leave the factory, and air freight 7 to 15 days. Production and customs clearance come on top of that.

Sea freight, full container (FCL)

A 20 or 40 ft container just for your cargo. Worth it when the volume justifies it.

Sea freight, consolidated (LCL)

Your cargo shares a container with others. You pay per cubic meter or per ton, whichever is greater.

Consolidation at origin

If you buy from several suppliers, we gather the goods in China and ship them together.

Air

For urgent, light or high-value cargo. Charged per kilo, using the greater of actual and volumetric weight.

Experience in China

We know the Chinese market from the inside.

Our first-hand experience in China and our closeness to its business environment help us better understand sourcing options, product characteristics and the challenges of building relationships with international suppliers.

Making buying in China an informed decision rather than a gamble: vetted suppliers, visible costs and an operation you can follow from start to finish.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most.

See all questions

What is the minimum order?

We work from USD 1,000 of goods. In addition, each factory has its own minimum order quantity (MOQ), which we state in the quote.

Do I need to be a registered importer?

To import goods in your name and resell them, yes: you must be registered as an importer with ARCA. If you already are, we manage the purchase so you import in your own name. For those who are not registered we are validating a turnkey option; ask us and we'll tell you when it will be available.

How long does an import take?

It depends on production, the means of transport and customs clearance. As a reference, sea transit usually takes 45 to 60 days from the moment the goods leave the factory, and air freight 7 to 15 days. Each quote includes an estimated lead time, which is not a guaranteed one.

Can the quoted price change?

During its validity period we honor the quoted amounts. They may change for external reasons: the official exchange rate, changes in regulations, tariffs or taxes, freight rates or unforeseen customs costs, or changes you request to the product or quantity. In that case we let you know before moving forward and present the updated quote; you decide whether to continue.

What do you want to import from China?

Tell us the product and the quantity. We reply with a written quote, with detailed costs and a defined validity period.
