Terms and conditions
Last updated: 27/10/2026. This is a translation for convenience; the Spanish version prevails.
1. Who we are
This site belongs to SYT IMPORTS, a brand operated by Santiago Daniel Artigas, CUIT 20-44933519-9, based in Saladillo, Buenos Aires province, Argentina. Hereinafter «SYT IMPORTS», «we».
2. What we offer
Commercial management services to buy products manufactured in China and import them into Argentina: supplier search and evaluation, negotiation, coordination of samples and production, pre-shipment inspection and coordination of logistics and customs clearance with specialized providers. We also publish content to learn how to import. Information on this site is indicative and is not a binding offer.
3. Services
- Initial consultation: a one-time USD 50 payment made in advance. It includes a consultation with a partner via WhatsApp and the China Supplier Guide 2026 in digital format. Contact with a partner is enabled once the payment is confirmed.
- Sourcing & import and Private label: the client is the buyer of the goods and the importer, and pays the goods directly to the supplier through legally authorized channels. SYT IMPORTS invoices and collects its own management fees, as set out in the quote and the contract. Payments to carriers, insurers, customs brokers and other providers are defined in the quote.
Customs brokers, freight forwarders, insurers, laboratories and inspection companies are independent third parties that provide their services under their own responsibility and terms.
4. Quotes and validity
- Each operation is governed by the written quote and, where applicable, the signed contract, which detail product, quantity, service, included costs, fees, validity, payment terms and estimated lead time.
- Quotes have a defined validity (15 calendar days by default, unless the quote states otherwise). Items that depend on third parties, such as taxes, freight or customs costs, are reported as estimates.
- If external factors change during the operation (official exchange rate, regulations, tariffs, taxes, freight rates, unforeseen customs or port costs), we inform you before moving forward and send you an updated quote. You may accept it or not continue, as provided in the contract regarding amounts already paid.
- Changes you request to product, quantity or conditions are also re-quoted.
5. Estimates
Production, transit and clearance lead times, and the costs shown by the calculator and the site, are estimates and depend on each operation, the factory, the means of transport, the tariff classification and the agencies involved. They are not a guaranteed lead time, cost or tax advice. Whether you can credit VAT and tax prepayments depends on your tax situation.
6. Fees
SYT IMPORTS fees depend on the service hired and are stated in the quote with their amount, calculation basis and conditions. They are invoiced separately and are not added to the price of the goods or the freight.
7. Payments, advances, cancellations and refunds
- Online payments are processed by Stripe. This website does not see or store your card details.
- For operations, advances, milestones, beneficiaries, payment methods, currencies and dates depend on the service and the agreement with the supplier, and are put in writing for each operation.
- Payments to suppliers and providers are governed by their own terms. Amounts already paid to third parties, or costs already incurred with them, may not be refundable.
- The treatment of advances, cancellations and refunds of SYT IMPORTS fees is defined in each contract, without prejudice to the consumer rights provided by law.
- We will never ask you to pay into an account that is not listed in the operation documents, or report an account change only by message.
8. Products we do not handle
We do not handle replicas or products with third-party brands without authorization, food, medicines, cosmetics, toys, or products that are prohibited or require permits the operation does not have.
9. Supplier Guide and digital content
The China Supplier Guide 2026 is digital content for personal use and is included in the initial consultation. It may not be resold or shared publicly. Supplier information reflects our research at the date of publication and may change; verify a supplier or ask us before buying. It is delivered through a personal download link on the confirmation page and by email.
10. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and contracted remotely, you may revoke your acceptance within 10 calendar days of delivery or of entering into the contract, at no cost or liability, under article 34 of Law 24,240 and article 1110 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code. You can do so through the withdrawal request.
11. Liability
We apply professional diligence at every stage. The responsibilities of each party (client, SYT IMPORTS, supplier and providers) in an operation are detailed in the corresponding quote and contract. SYT IMPORTS is not a manufacturer or carrier, does not act as a customs broker and does not guarantee results that depend on third parties or public agencies.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For consumers, the jurisdiction of their domicile applies.
